Patiala Foundation is a Patiala-based non-profit organization with Special Consultative Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council since 2018. The Foundation is committed to creating sustainable social impact through community-driven initiatives focused on road safety, education, environmental sustainability, heritage conservation, livelihood generation, public health awareness, and social development.

Driven by the vision of fostering responsible citizenship and community participation, Patiala Foundation designs and implements innovative programs that address pressing social and environmental challenges while contributing to the achievement of the United Nations (SDGs). Through flagship initiatives such as Project SADAK (road safety and responsible mobility), Project PRITHVI (environmental conservation and sustainability), Project CHIDIYA GHAR (wildlife and biodiversity awareness), Project iHERITAGE (heritage preservation and cultural awareness), the Patiala Foundation Children Challan Book (road safety education for children), and GreenCABS (sustainable mobility solutions), the Foundation promotes awareness, behavioural change, and community

Over the years, Patiala Foundation has successfully collaborated with government departments, educational institutions, corporate organizations, civil society groups, and volunteers to organize awareness campaigns, workshops, training programmes, plantation drives, cleanliness initiatives, road safety outreach activities, and community welfare projects. The Foundation actively advocates for preventive safety practices, environmental responsibility, youth leadership, and civic participation as essential pillars of sustainable development.

With a strong network of members, partners, and volunteers, Patiala Foundation continues to work towards building safer roads, cleaner environments, empowered communities, and a more inclusive society. By combining grassroots action with strategic partnerships, the Foundation seeks to create long-term positive change and inspire individuals to become active contributors to the well-being and progress of their communities.

Together, we are building a safer, greener, and more responsible future for generations to come engagement across diverse sectors.

Making a Difference

Road Safety Advocacy

We've trained over 5,000 community members in first-aid response and road safety protocols, significantly improving local emergency preparedness.

Inclusion & Support

Empowering persons with disabilities by providing mobility aids and facilitating accessibility audits across major public spaces in Patiala.

Environment & Heritage

 Project PRITHVI, Project CHIDIYA GHAR, and iHERITAGE have engaged thousands of citizens, inspiring environmental stewardship, biodiversity conservation, and a deeper appreciation of Patiala’s rich natural and cultural heritage.

Comprising senior mentors, industry experts, educators, social workers, and dedicated youth volunteers, we work collectively to address community challenges and drive sustainable development. This unique blend of experience and innovation enables us to create impactful initiatives in road safety, environmental conservation, heritage preservation, education, public health, and civic engagement.
