Project PRITHVI is Patiala Foundation’s flagship environmental sustainability initiative dedicated to promoting ecological responsibility, climate consciousness, and sustainable community development. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the project focuses on environmental protection through water conservation, waste management, green cover enhancement, environmental education, and community-driven sustainability practices.
Through awareness campaigns, plantation drives, water preservation initiatives, recycling and waste segregation programmes, and sustainable lifestyle advocacy, Project PRITHVI aims to inspire individuals and communities to adopt eco-friendly practices and become active contributors towards a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future.

CHIDIYA GHAR
In response to this ecological crisis, the Patiala Foundation launched Project CHIDIYA GHAR, an environmental conservation initiative designed to bring the birds back home.
The vision is simple yet profound: to nurture and protect local bird species by creating sustainable, safe, and community-supported habitats.
Project CHIDIYA GHAR aims to restore natural bird habitats through the installation of high-quality, eco-friendly birdhouses across Patiala in schools, parks, public places, and private premises.
Each birdhouse is scientifically designed for specific species and is geo-mapped using Google Maps for transparency and long-term ecological monitoring.

Project SADAK is Patiala Foundation's flagship road safety and behaviour management initiative dedicated to creating safer, more responsible, and inclusive roads for all. The project aims to promote road safety awareness, encourage responsible road user behaviour, and support preventive measures that reduce the risk of accidents and fatalities.
Through community outreach programmes, educational campaigns, public awareness drives, safety demonstrations, and strategic partnerships, Project SADAK works towards fostering a culture of road safety among pedestrians, cyclists, motorists, commercial vehicle operators, and other road users.
One of the hallmark activities under Project SADAK is the CHIPKAR Reflective Sticker Campaign, through which more than 50,000 reflective stickers have been affixed free of cost on bicycles and wheelchairs. These visibility-enhancing interventions significantly improve road user safety, particularly during low-light and nighttime conditions.
In May 2026, Patiala Foundation successfully conducted its 235th CHIPKAR Reflective Sticker Camp, marking a significant milestone in the project's journey towards safer roads and greater community awareness. Over the years, the campaign has positively impacted thousands of road users through sustained outreach and preventive safety interventions

A significant milestone of Project iHERITAGE has been the successful organization of Eight Mega Heritage Walks, which have engaged thousands of participants, including students, historians, architects, conservationists, government officials, and members of the public. These immersive heritage experiences have enabled participants to discover and appreciate the city's remarkable historical landmarks, architectural marvels, and cultural narratives.
